In Crystal Depths

In Crystal Depths

In crystal depths as dark as night
Lies a passion chorus, Asian twilight
That envelops us in curtains of Spring
Beneath a sky of grenadine
Timelessness swallowed in a painting of itself
As an evening world rings like heavenly bells
Cicada forest sings in depths so far
To the flickering of an Arabian star
Realms of coral trees so bright
Line deathless plateaus of night
In the darkness of the morning cold
My mind, it sinks beneath the stones.

Thank you, TJ. I used to live next to a big majestic golf course, that had a very aetherial atmosphere at night. Its vibes inspired a lot of my aesthetic, nature poems, including this one.
