Your moving away...

I was sad to hear the news ,
that you are moving away.
You will certainly be missed ,
that I have to say.

So this is my way of wishing you luck ,
and more importantly say thank you.
Without you to talk to and your support ,
at times I'm not sure what I'd do.

For I've had my work cut out from time to time ,
and when I've needed help you've been there for me.
This is why I want to thank you very much ,
because at times I've forgotten to say it you see.

Now as you get ready to move on ,
my best wishes go out to you and your family in all you do.
I hope you'll all be very happy in your new home ,
there are many including me who will miss you.

This one is written for a colleague at work who is sadly moving away ,and there are times she has been the only one around to help me out.
