Elena looked down at the floor and asked

She grabbed a razor blade

Levi broke the door down and seen Elena with the razor..
Elena: You lied to me.....
Levi: I'm sorry i didn't mean to hurt you......

Elena looked down and slit her wrist.....
levi ran to her and held her in his arms..........
Levi held her tight and took his own life 5mins later
with a note saying
I didn't mean to hurt her, I didn't mean to hurt her some much that it would hurt me too..but after the joke of me pretending to like her.....I fell in love with her.........i'll never forgive myself or what i've done......She took her life after I told her what I done to her.....I'll never know what woudl have happened if I stayed alive and lived my life. But I felt like I couldn't bare to stay alive without her..So I took my life with her saying I Love Elena matthews and that wanted to marry her after school ended. I was going to give up my football scholarship for her........I need her with me or I would have died....so I took my life to be with her right now....So I wanted to heal my wounds while I can.
