But Love,

by Megan Sue   Jul 21, 2008

Love is like a bird,
thats lost without its wings.
like a fish without its fins,
andd a valley girl without her material things.

But love is like a scar,
thats had no chance to heal,
andd you pick until its raw;
the pain doesn't feel so real.

But love is like a hole,
dug into the ground;
empty andd without feeling,
the dirt sinks all around.

But love is like a cloud,
high up in the sky,
where everyone cann see it.
But it still gives a surprise.

Andd Love is never ending.
It gives us wings to soar.
andd it sinks down under the skin,
wayy down into the core.

But love is like this feeling,
where nothing else compares.
But I really hate this feeling,
soo Goodbye my wings, take care. :)
