What ever happened to forever?

This isn't goodbye.
I promised i wouldn't cry.
But the tears are filling up my eye's.
As My heart slowly dies.
Can't we fix this.
And get back to perfect bliss.

But i guess not.

As I shouted for you to stay,
As i watched you walk away.

    I like it. this poem is really good but I think it would sound better if at the end it was

    "I shouted for you to stay,
    As i watched you walk away."
