Faking fine

Hidden behind labels
make-up & lies
we fake fine
tears fall,never caught
never known about,all from thought
but why do we fake fine?
we don't want?help?pity?teasing?
what is it we fake fine for?
people would ask whats wrong
that never helps, only reminds us to cri
are we afraid to share why we fake fine
or just scared of how we really feel?

    Great job, i can totally agree with what you are saying although sometimes i find myself saying i am fine just so i dont have to explain why i'm not.
