Head above trouble
Mind beyond the clouds
Smiling through this day
I'm happy I say

Troubled no longer
I am free of pain
Greatly blessed
No longer stressed

Withstanding the storm
Realizing life's beauty
With the power of prayer
I am no longer scared

Surviving the rain
My head held high
I'm smiling now
There's no reason to cry

The Almighty Power
Lifted me above tragedy
Carried me through sadness
And got me home safely

He's cleansed my pain
Dried up troublesome rain
He surrendered the courage
For this smile to remain

My Lord I pray
That you continue holding me
As I amble through
Each new day

I thank you Jesus
For saving my soul
I know I'm safe
With You in control

    This piece left me speechless I loved it, I remember the feeling from when I got saved and knowing just how this feels and reading it in your piece brought me close to tears.
