I Have A Secret

by Courtney Banham   Aug 9, 2008

I have a secret...
and It's killing me that you can't know
The secret that lies beneath my skin.
My past or secret world or darkness.
Darker than the black night sky.
And in that world, every star in the night sky
represents a sin that I have committed.
Brighter than a blinding street light.
I have a secret...
this secret is like a guilt pain but worse.
It feels like someone is stabbing you in the stomach.
Every time you take a breath, eat and even sleep,
this pain will not go away.
The only way to get rid of this horrible feeling is
just confess.
I have a secret...
and you can't know it.
