Worlds exposed

by joanne   Aug 9, 2008

I'm watching out the window as the trees past by
This world I see I've come to despise
Instead of color I see all Grey
All sadness no birds sing of gay
In the blink of an eye the bridge I'm on collapses
People walk by shrugging oh well stuff happens
But only I know the real half of it
I'm frowned upon as the "teenager that quits"
They hear of my addictions to music that "sucks"
Rumors I sneak out to make a quick buck
I guess that's the thing ripping at me most, society
The man likes similarity, while deplenishes my variety
The lies they create make me a total different person
Acting up In life, making more conversions
I stand tall on my rooftop look to the sky and scream
While red drops of unwanted extinctions streams
I collapse to the earth that gave me this fate
I feel my hearts beats slowly down to a stopping rate
My body fails to hell I must now descend
Electric shocks fail with the devil to lead me to the end
