My pearl

by kEaLeMrAc   Aug 15, 2008

I have discover a pearl
A very un-similar one
For an eye catching outward show
But not that of price

Perhaps I was on the negative track
At the proper moment Im within an inch
I take notice of its true quality
You yourselves cant even imagine

I gain the knowledge that
It was too great
For neither man nor kings can handle
All the same I have to go to pushing to come by

I was then close at it to pick it up
That thing of great value
Extending my arms..,.. I saw writings on it
A sign that it has a proprietor

I hate it when such things occur
Thrusting e to my limitations
Try to feel the want of this pearl
Though taking ones life is necessary

Ill steal it from its rightful owner
Except for my reason to be with it
I know I cant have it forever
So be it because its better than never
