Destiny (rap)

by Dustin S   Aug 20, 2008

Every now and then I'll sit down to think,
About how your love felt like an eternal drink.
Refilled me when I was deeply depressed,
Energized me by the love you expressed.
What I would give to return to those times.
When it was me and you. Before these rhymes.
Maybe you never knew I'd go and perish,
For you to be happy, every day to cherish.
Thats my dreams. For your's to come alive.
Cause nothing is to much that I wont dive.
I dont think I've told this before but a call
Back then, or even now! Makes my heart stall.
Thats the truth. Everything I've told you.
You can even sit and think it though.
Just get the point that I'm trying to make.
Dating you was never a mistake.
Im sorry I've said that. Truely I am.
I've done thing to you, but in this jam,
The words and I are apologizing now.
Myself getting away, I wont allow.

The first look I took at you,
My mind said, "What to do?"
But I realize you the best of me.
Though I can see you and me.
I think its Destiny.

Haha its funny, Our song just played.
The all my life, where all the memories stayed?
I remember those days. Like a flashback.
Used to run around and say, I dont act black!
And you'd be by my side, not goin anywhere,
Cause deep down I knew you care.
Guess what? I STILL do! Always will.
Know why? You were there when I was ill.
When I was bleeding, wow huge thought.
I just realized my heart you have caught.
One year and just now found that out.
And to think I was bound ready to shout.
Why cant I write good enough?
I want you as mine, through thick and tough.
Hey, you know what, I remember my qoute!
Baby, I love you, no matter what I wrote.
Now I still got loads to learn, aint no master,
But I'm sorry fans. I just cant get past her!
Our first kiss remained in my mind forever.
So I wont go back on my word. Never!
When I said I love you, I keep the word clever!

The first look I took at you,
My mind said, "What to do?"
But I realize you the best of me.
Though I can see you and me.
I think its Destiny.
