You said you loved me,
You said you cared,
When I needed you the most
You were never there.

I heard so many rumors,
But I ignored them because I loved you,
I told them they were lying,
But I realize the rumors were true.

How could you do that to me?
Was I just a victim?
When they said you were a liar,
I replied "no he's not, I love him"

I cant believe I'm saying this,
I miss you every day,
But I'll never ever trust you again,
I'll never again believe a word you say.

I'll hold back my temptations,
I refuse to make the same mistake,
I know you never loved me,
Your feelings and words were just fake.
