A Girl

Once upon a time there was a girl
Her world was filled with happiness so pro-found
Then suddenly her world got shakey
And lost her solid ground.

Her confidence is now low
She has next to no self esteem
She still shows a smile
But nothing is as it seems.

She's starting to feel alone
But her friends are always there.
But this pain is getting harder and harder
For this little girl to bare.

She's thinking about giving up
Finally gonna risk it all
Because this new heartache
Is giving her another reason to fall.

She's giving up this game
Losing all hope
About to quit altogether
Because she's unable to cope.
