Alone I Walk Among This Earth

by Dark Angel Label   Sep 3, 2008

Vast is this world in which I roam,
alone I walk among this Earth.
Seeking the warmth of a home,
where to find it is my quest.

Many are those to seek this place,
for none can tell where it is.
The few who do are in this race,
I watch to understand them all.

Resting upon that Golden Hill,
eyes forever set on them.
I've seen each one lose their will,
too foolish to know what lay beside.

Clouds form dark messages to all,
to all who race for this answer.
Little do they all know each shall fall,
Hope I give in hopes of truth.

The three that He gave to the Angel,
which was stripped of high honor,
is the soul of which we all are.
Come seek this answer in the last hour.

I rest a hand of mercy on the poor soul,
the soul that had lost the way.
to fill his heart with more than his hole,
more to hope to not lose more will.

So forevermore I shall it give birth,
the hope all will seek.
As I still am, and more so I will ever be,
Alone as I walk this Earth.

I like this poems, I understand what you mean.
But you should have worked more on its rhymes.
    It's a good poem, indeed.
