Playing chess

by Goodbye   Sep 3, 2008

Breathing in silence
Watching the darkness
Lands like dark silk veil
Stare at the moon beam
If I would move my head
I would break the illusion

Staring and thinking
What shall I do?
How should I act?
Move myself in the chessboard
So I could take over you
And eat your queen alive

Silently breathing
Dark is watching us
I hide in the shadow
Behind the walls
Surrounded by soldiers
Looking at your horse

I jump the white square
My queen is flying
Her hand holds a sword
She smiles like Napoleon
Ready to defeat your army
One slash and your king is dead

I love playing chess a lot and this is illustrated describtion what thoughts are flying in my head while I am playing. Dedicated to a special person who playes chess with me. <3

I kinda get the feeling ........ very nice...though not an ardent player of chess, i do love the game very much.I thoroughly enjoyed the write. If u hadn't mentioned about the game itself, I'd have interpreted the poem metaphorically!!!:)
