In This Alone

I've been stuck in this place
I don't know where to turn
I keep thinking they care
Don't you think by now, I'd learn?

They no longer know who I am
Or what I now feel
It's too late to explain
And they wouldn't believe It's real.

I'm in this alone
Running my own race
I find it hard to talk to people
Can't even look them in the face.

I start to cry
Eyes fill with tears
I can't seem to shake
These un-dying fears.

I've lost control
I don't know what to be
Cause this reflection I've got
Is somehow not me.
