You wonder why you're not her
You wonder why you're here
You wonder is there more to life
And why are things unclear

Wishing you were someone else
Wanting to lead their lives
This world is cold and harsh
Only the strong survive

Could life be any more different
Why are things so mundane?
Why can't we be satisfied
With things that are simple and plain

If our lives could be like movies
Or the fairytales we read
We won't end up like robots
Looking half past dead
