Deceiving eyes

by Lacie   Sep 12, 2008

I sat and watched your hair blow in the wind.
Your mind racing so fast you didn't notice me.
Your eyes linger on a distant tree.
You seem relaxed but i know your tense.

Tonight it seems the moon shines brighter.
And the wind, just the slightest bit stronger.
The trees above my head sing there song of tears.
As you vanish in thin air.
