It Doesn't have to Change

by Paiger   Sep 17, 2008

The way we pretend that theres not enough space
your leg over mine, both with a smile on our face

You ask me to run my fingers through your hair
faking innocence,I really know it's more,but I don't care

I like it like this, when we act this way
neither of our hearts being portrayed

So I don't know if you like me or don't
because chances are that you won't

I've felt rejection too many times, heard too many lies
I'd rather not know, I just keep it inside
but the way to my heart I no longer want to hide
