As You Cry

Your soft breathing,
turns into gasps.

I see tears forming,
as you look into my eyes.

You pull me closer,
and the tears start to fall.

Your head's now buried,
between my neck and my shoulder.

My heart sinks more,
with each sob from you I hear.

And as I wipe away your tears,
I kiss your forehead softly.

And I hold you close,
never wanting to let you go.

I whisper to you,
"Just let it all out."

Then between sobs I hear,
"I love you so much.."
