The Dream Is My Hope

You came in a dream
Very serene

I stared at you
You stare back at me

We walk toward each other
Getting closer and closer

Until we are only
inches apart

You lean in towards me
And I do the same

Until we share
A lucious kiss

We walk together
Happy as can be

Then I wake up
It was just a dream

I wish things were like that
I really, really do

I wish my dream
Will actually come true

Maybe it will
Maybe it wont

All I can say
Is The dream is my hope

    Beautiful, I really connected to this poem, I love how it doesn't get depressing when you wake up, you see it as hope, its a great new angle, its very well writen :)
