Condemned

by Kira   Sep 30, 2008

I commit myself.

Shackles encircle my wrists the instant I decide

To allow my urges to take over.

My cool logic, so prevalent

Under normal circumstances

Deserts me.

Questions streaming,

Unheeded, unanswered.

My mind is reeling,

Filling with an endless scream.

The scream is mine.

As I spiral down,

My lust overtaking me,

I condemn myself.
