Homless Shelter

Food drives
For those in need
Helping the kids who can't read
Seeing kids
Who've seen it all
All ages
Short and tall
Cups of soup
And crackers too
For the kids who say Thank You
And mean it too
I've seen the hunger in runaways eyes
Starving pains
The lord of the flies

    Regardless, I hate seeing people in poverty, people in pain and suffering... So your poem speaks to me.
