You are the one that makes me believe that I can be some one,
That no matter what life throws me I'll never lose my taste for fun.
You are a part of me that cannot vanish nor be kept far away,
For you are that side of me that moulds life with the finest clay.

You are what hopes and dreams are made of,
You are undeniably an angel sent from above.
You are the sunlight that radiates upon each face,
Warming to the touch and yet as delicately intriguing as lace.

You are a rider amongst the stars,
With guitar in hand and a place amongst superstars.
You are as soft and heavenly as a light summer breeze,
Cooling to the touch and yet so caring with ease.

You are a poet's true inspiration in every form,
A valiant knight through every storm.
And yet within remains this silent but caring soul,
Who has been through so much that life has taken it's toll.

And despite all that you have faced you remain so brave,
With every mistake that I made you always forgave.
Not once unkind to those that hurt you so bad,
But understanding and kind despite remorse that would drive one mad.

And yet what strength does lie within a heart so warm,
Care and concern that shapes life's true form.
