Ringing in My Head

by Libbeeeee   Oct 9, 2008

The clouds are swirling black,
The wind is blowing
It's getting colder,
Nowhere to hide,

My eyes are filled
With pain and hate
You're slap stings
Still embedded in my nerves

My ankles are swollen
From running so far
Yet, I can still feel your
Eyes upon me

Your complaints still ringing
Those words cut deep
And they'll scar over
I'll remember them forever

A rage of terror
And hate from within
Comes screaming out
With hopes of murder

I'm going to come
While you're asleep
And finally no longer
Will I hear your voice
