Lost

by Samantha   Jun 7, 2004

Silently she sits, wondering when it will happen again. Cold dark and alone is how she feels. This pain is like a hook, it reels.
Silently she sits and and cries, wanting someone there to wipe her eyes. Hold her hand and be her light, to guide her through her darkest night.
Silently she falls asleep, her deep, hard eyes they softly weap. Always she'll hold her tears of pain. Her sweet, gentle smile was lost for ill gain.
