No words for my grieving

by Goodbye   Oct 21, 2008

From dust to dust
Entering this world
with bare hands
Going away now
without taking a thing
All the memories and deeds
are painted inside

Some time ago
you were here
You were full of energy
to beat this world down
Now you are lying
so pale, small and peaceful
You passed away
I will be missing you

Dedicated to my aunt who passed away 20102008. Peace upon her soul. Amen.

The day she fell in illness my mother was picking up cranberries with her. Suddenly she got seizure. My mom phoned an ambulance. Before ambulance came she told my mother: you are one of the best friends of mine. So good and kind. We never had a fight even in this 40 years (she is my father's sister). Then ambulance took her to hospital. She has something doctor needed to operate her. They made dozen of operations and there was nothing to be done. Last two weeks she was not able to eat or talk. Just laying on the bed. Yesterday she passed away and I have no words for my grieving.
