Depths of somewhere

by Hollywood   Nov 1, 2008

A monster sits
behind closed doors
lurking for their pray
sit waiting
rocking,crying

darkness enters through closed doors
nothing enters again
no one here to visit

A monster who doesn't care much
A monster who sits and drinks
While every one is watching them kill
Them self
A monster sitting behind closed doors
Smoking joint after joint
Rocking back and forth looking deeper
Into the depths of darkness

People banging on the door
Yelling for them to come out
The monster stands up
But falls right back down again
Than stands one last time
Walks to the bathroom
Looking into the mirror
What do I see
An evil person consuming my being

I am that monster
Who I never wanted to be
So as I sit in the room
Behind closed doors
messing myself up
There are people outside my door
Trying to help me out
But as time passes
I realize that

I am the monster that I never wanted to be
So I'll take my first step into the depths of somewhere!
