Failure cannot live in the face of persistence

Theres A Hole In My Heart Where Your Love Used To Lie,

But You Can Drag Me Back Down Just To Spit In My Eye,

Its Hard To Let Go Of The Things I Held Dear,

But I'll Somehow Grow Used To Your Absence I Fear,

Your Love Seems Like Lust Now,

Just An Empty Emotion,

But Only Seen From The Eyes Of A Heart That's Been Broken,

But I Know Down Inside I'm Disgustingly Wrong,

And Your Feelings Were True,

And They Shone Through So Strong,

My Doubts And My Fears Are What Lead Me To Hurt,

And Believe Your Love,

Was The Art Of A Jerk,

But I Now See Both Sides Of A Story,

And Hate Myself For Ignoring Your Glory,

For True Strength Is Not The Weight You Can Lift.

But The Resistance To Fall When You're Pushed,

And The Strength That You Hold,.

Is A Story I'll Tell,

Till The Day I Return To The Dust,

Though I Fear That The Love We Once Had,

Shall Never Reappear In This Lifetime,

I Shall Look Back On The Feelings We Shared,

When Life Begins To Give Me A Hard Time,

For No Lifetime Is Easy But It's Harder Alone,

As Nothing Lasts Forever And Only The Good Die Young,

But Hope Never Dies It Is Simply Mis-lain,

As Life Gives You Lemons, Again And Again,

Though For Your Problems I Have No Instant Cure.

Please Remember I Am Here Whenever You Hurt,

For There Is Something About You,

A Certain Je Ne Sais Pas,

That Keeps My Heart Bound To You,

Where Ever You Land,

For An Angel Is Myth,

But That Doesn't Stop You From Flying,

It's The Persistence You Give,

The Persistence Of Trying,

You've Persisted Through Such Trouble And Woe,

I'll Persist To Be There For You,

Where Ever You Go.
