Dreams

As I lay down tonight,
I pray no dreams of fright.
A dream of clarity,
And most of all sanity.

But who's to say,
After today?
What dreams seem to brew.
Every night its new.

What dream is next?
Is it the worst or best?
Of some crazy things,
With three heads and wings!

Crazy things happen,
Some dreams keep laughing!
Every night I sleep,
Those dreams I do keep.

But not every time,
Those dreams do I find.
I know they're there,
I just don't know where!

So as I lay down,
With silence the sound.
My dreams to come,
May they be fun.
