The Lord is my sheild

The Lord is my shield,
He will protect me from harm.
People believe in luck,
but i believe He is my lucky charm.

He wants the best for his children,
He wants us all to grow.
The amount of love He has for us,
We'll never know.

He cares extremely,
He loves unconditionally.
Without him in our lives,
We'll never be free.

I find myself looking for answers,
In places they can't be given.
I realized to read the bible,
Where his words are all written.

Patience is all we need,
Without it; it would be hard to survive.
Love will be given to you,
If you have it to give deep inside.

Without God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit,
We will never reach our heavenly father.
Reunite with him as soon as you can,
And make sure to hold on forever.
