Right Now

by Viola   Nov 28, 2008

Maybe someday it will all be right
Maybe all this will not matter in a few years
Maybe I won't even remember the tears
I couldn't fight back for you
But right now
All that exists is muted
I watch from the window
This world just seems so new to me
Like I've hardly been here at all
Yet I still feel so old
From all the mistakes I made and just couldn't erase
And right now
Guess I'm just paying the price
Getting what I deserve
Nothing more, nothing less

*I wrote this quickly mainly just to get what I was feeling out.

    Miserably delicious...how's that?

the note at the bottom i felt was absolutely unnecessary, the poem was powerful and far beyond touching...i didn't read it as a vent of getting your feelings out, i read it in a light of of different sort, of passion, longing and reminisince(sp)...that i found to be a most compelling read...awesome!

Proud you"just got out your feelings" thats what the best poetry is about.
You did beautiful flow despite it quickly written, impressive and pleased.
    Stay strong. 5/5
