You Taught me

by Carol Chambers   Jun 9, 2004

You taught me how to love
For i hated every-body,
You taught me to embrace
For my arms never moved,
You taught me to be my own self
For i am living in a plastic world,
You taught me to beg
For my pride always life up,
You taught me every-thing
For i knew nothing,
But one thing
you never taught me
How to forget,
For i have learned to love you.
