If It Wasn't For You

by Momentary Relapse   Dec 2, 2008

Never managing to step beyond the words
Overwhelmed under the stress that exists
Taken away from the embrace he hoards

Following you simply to find a new way out
Overcoming the newest gate in search of exits
Reaching a new path diverging from this route

You took my hand and led me away today
Overtaking the fear that I've failed to resist
Understanding if it wasn't for you I'd fall in dismay
