Believing

by InvisiblyHeartless   Dec 4, 2008

Love can present a beast
That transforms to a prince
Mirages can hide the hideous
Fairies can entertain curses
Love always the only cure

No one gave me instructions
On how to break my bind
Freedom of evil won't come
Someone forgot to write it
And set me on my way

I'm tied to all things bad
The good never fully pervades
It comes like a booby trap
It's just a hallucination
Of the cutting, side effects

It seems as though I have no cure
No curse truly unbreakable
So help me take this away
Assist in setting me free
I love, and never have love

My prince has not yet been found
Kissing a lot of frogs,
My ladies, never give up
There is a stallion to save you
Just believe... in the fairy tales

This is very interesting. Life is about fairy tales but really it isn't. I like the concept on this., to have people believe in something that "maybe" will come true. When we were little girls we believed that there were prince charming but now as we grow up there isn't a such thing, we just need to find that one someone who seems like prince charming to us., this poem reminded me something from disney and for little kids unless if im reading this wrong because I could be.

    keep it up.
    keep on writing.
    love always and forever.
