You never forget betrayl when its burned into your soul
You never forget heartache when your no longer whole.

Trust is a lie, the only one you have is you

With all of this knowledge comes great pain,
once again she's left broken alone in the rain.

Her soul is lost, her heart is shattered,
whats the point? for it never really mattered.

On her knees she stays, theres no reason to rise,
all you can see is the despair in her eyes.

Her walls came down, she started to feel,
she should have known all alone, that this wasn't real.

Emptiness plauges her, waves of despair crash over her head,
another heartache that she cannot mend.

So she begs for forgiveness as she holds the gun,
theres no turning back, nowhere to run.

A gunshot echos in the dead of night,
another broken heart you couldn't make right
