I hide in side
the girl of doubts
she comes alive
at the worst of times.
she slips right past
my defense walls
and comes alive in reality.
she and i are one
yet we are completely different
even though we share the same body.
at times like this she tends to come
and keep my from turning wrong
i start to close up
and back away as i look away.
trying to hide what i really am
no one knows what goes through my head
only she does yet she makes it worse.
i do not know what to think
for she is guiding me
im so confused as i build those walls
just waiting to be set free.
