Perfect in Theory

I forgot to mention that I'm in dire need.
Inside the equilibrium a tumor speaks to me:
"Those who seek tend to get lost but those who let it be are always half asleep"
What if I paid to cut you out?
You'd still grow on me.
Big lies, honest intentions...

I'm glad you exist for those who care.
Here, now and everywhere, they need you, but what am I to do?
"Son that's the question."

We find ourselves torn with near and far.
Lost is sense of knowing where we are.
"Those who seek tend to get lost but those who it be are always half asleep."
Good thoughts, unknown merit...

Here again, I don't know where I stand.
Take me to a place where I can rest alone,
And come back for me later.
