Silhouette

Everything's falling down, all around
Feel like I might drown
I reach out but no friend is found.

Surrounded by all the hate, the lies
Wish they could see beyond these eyes
They don't know of the tears she cries.

They think she's so strong
Think nothing is wrong
They'd know if they would just listen to her song.

He was all she ever had
To chase away the bad
She never meant to make anyone sad.

But her friends just charge her with these treasons,
They just don't understand her reasons,
She hopes it will just pass with the seasons.

And so she calls out with silent screams,
Night by night she is haunted by dreams
She lies there so cold, so alone it seems.

She reaches out for just one single friend,
But they've all deserted her in the end
She strives, her broken heart to mend.

The End.
