Hidden (long version)

by Raychil   Dec 17, 2008

So dawns today, a brand new sun
Another new life, just begun
She arises, hair a mess
Wipes her eyes
Begins to dress

A faint flapping of birds wings
A instantaneous beauty it brings
An early bird here to sing sweet
But only second do their eyes meet

And then again do her tears flow
But only early birds will know
She turns away, complete shame
Pulls her hair
Screams his name

She puts on make-up and long sleeves
Her only comfort, a soft summer breeze
Now the hiding will take place
Cuts and bruises will all erase.
