My heart has fallen to leave me astray

I promised my heart there would be no more pain

but when I saw her beauty, I knew this promise I couldnt sustain

Her dark brown eyes leave me stunned and I cant look away.

She fuels the flames that burn my heart each day

Her smile Im addicted to, like a man is to cocaine

Her laugh is like seeing a rainbow after rain

I try to run but my heart screams stay!

So badly how I want her to know

That she is constantly on my mind

But Im afraid to let my heart show

because love so often has left me behind

I would give my sight to see the smile she bestows

With her smile being the last thing I see before I'm blind
