What has happened to everything,
To all that we once knew?
We use to all be so different,
And everything seemed alright.
We were a happy knitted group.
Somewhere in those unedifying night,
Everything that once mattered, was reversed.
Suddenly, it all crashed down.
Everything seemed like another dimension.
What use to bring happiness,
Now only brought more torn seams.
Once, so close, nevermore.
There's no way to stitch it up.
It's understandable, people change,
Just as the sun will always set and rise once more.
But, what atomic bomb was set off?
When did this become that?
And here was, where exactly?
When did you, become you?
What happened to those happy days.
I guess the earth changed directions.
Perhaps, I'm in the past.
Perhaps, this never ending nightmare,
Is actually the gruesome reality.
Let's me stand aside,
And watch as gravity crashes the world I once knew.
