No More Dreaming

by Confined   Dec 24, 2008

These things go unsaid.
And these secrets remain in the dark,
Light will reveal the lies.

I just wish you werent that light.

Silence breeds paranioa;
Hands are free,
Your eyes on someone else,
Past becomes future
As deja vu graces the scene before me,
With sweaty palms and darting eyes

So cruel you were,
I can be as cruel as you,
But that isnt me.
I'll hide behind these watering eyes;
Pinching myself,
Willing it all to be just a bad dream.

I want to wake up
And take you back into my arms.
