You're more precious....

You're more precious than a diamond ring,
A shimmering light that lasts with each new swing.
You're more of a leader than those that set up new trends,
As destiny may sing in words that at length none defends.

You're throughout the thought that never fades but remains intact,
In heart and mind an interesting event like with the Devil we make a pact.
But somehow beneath it all lives this lost and oblivious soul,
Who resides within pain and darkness but cannot change when individuality one stole.

You're something more special than words can describe,
The height of adventures that cannot over ride,
Once thought of as a silly game of words without meaning or feeling,
It's more than just what we think of as our daily dealing.

Because love is not just a simple feeling that can shake the earth,
It's something that you never felt for you never once looked beyond what is was all worth.
It was always that I'm not worthy of thy love,
How could you possibly know - You're not God or an angel sent from above?

Though I would love to believe that you're the one for me,
But this aching pain and distance continues to leave me aggrieved.
In solitude and separation I can feel more than what the earth prescribes,
God never said that we can never write our own destiny and with each other reside.

You're not realizing that there exists no fear from loss,
But the fear of change thereafter the loss.
You're not realizing that you swept her away with the simplicity that resides within you,
When will you see the truth that from the beginning you once knew.

True we may be separated forever as dawn turns to dusk,
But would you rather be a changed person or remain in this darkness is all i ask?
I know not what will happen in the future for time is short lived,
I once seen my life flash before my eyes and yet into life's clutches I arrived.

If it was not the calling I would have left long ago,
But you're the one in need right now and it's time my words you heard.
Because your present will make your future thoughts true,
But you're predicting only doom and gloom.

Listen to me once and provide me with one chance,
Though I may break soon enough but the service will derive something hence,
We shall taste the earth as it's tremors speak of something new,
Promise yourself but a bed of roses to walk upon in due time - it's a destiny that speaks only to a few.

Maybe love is what pushed us away from the start,
But no matter what it takes I will keep you moving till the last breath claim a heart.
I will continue my path without fail,
For you're more dear to me than my own life to which I hold no tale.
