The Last Ride (for now...)

by rick   Jan 4, 2009

In the Night We Rolled On, Two-Up on Our Steed.
As Though We Are One, No Cares & No Needs.

Through the Chill of Crisp Air, Pale Moonlight Does Glow.
Onward to Cabbage Patch, Our True Path Did it Show.

We Cut Through Cool Mist, Like a Razor-Sharp Knife.
Astride Our Steel Horse, She's Nearly My Wife.

Her Breasts Press Against Me - I Feel Her Warm Heat,
As Her Hand Finds Mr. Happy, My Heart Skips a Beat...

Well She's Fast and she's Sleek, The Love of My Life, Don't you Know,
Our Kiss calls to her Passions, My Girl's Good to Go!

A Faint Smell of cabbage, The Patch Just Ahead,
The Bar nearly Empty, The place Damn Near Dead...

J. Springs from the Saddle and Strides through the Door,
I Hear an "Oh Crap"! As Ronnie Orders "One More"!!

I Race to J's Voice Upon Hearing her Scream,
Her expression of Horror, then "Where'd You Put that Damn Key"?......

Well, Our Ride Back Home Was Not Fun or Much Joy,
No Pleasure Tonight Rick, She'll use Her "buzz toy".

The Lesson to Learn Here, It's Plain Easy to See,
My Baby Gets Edgy, If You Mis-place Her Keys.

I Still Love her Madly, And She Still Loves Me,
Recalling Good Times & Laughter, Oh Please come Home to Me?

Fast-forward in time to "Now".....

Tonight I Went Riding, Inner Peace of a Dove.
It Was Then that My Gaze Met a Star far Above.

A Wish I then Made Upon that Bright Star,
Light J's Path to Me, Back Home to My Heart.

So Please Take Your Time, My Sweet Baby J.,
To the End of Time is How Long, For You I Will Wait.

May God's Hand Guide You Back to my Gate,
I'll be there to Hold You, Your True Love, Your Friend, & Your Mate.
