I have this knife.

I have this knife..
Its cutting at my vein,
It takes away the hurt inside,
It takes away the pain.

Nobody thinks anything is wrong..
Because I'm hiding behind a smile,
They think I'm doing wonderful,
Or maybe they're just in denial.

Do they care? You wonder.
I have asked myself that too..
They say they know me so well,
But in reality, they never knew.

I'm going through a secret hell,
And I don't know how to get out,
They see me laughing so hard,
But inside, I scream and shout,

Just this time, it's much different,
I cant live my life anymore,
So I take the knife to my heart,
And my body hits the floor..
