Once again a beautifully penned poem. I especially enjoyed the ending.

"I close my eyes as if to count to ten.
Intentionally allowing you to slip from sight,
Unsure if I will discover you once more.

And you hesitantly withdraw,
Unsure if I will open my eyes to find you. "

Almost ringing to the quote "If you love something set it free" You don't know if it will return, but you close your eyes and continue the game anyhow.

I am definitely going to have to add you to my favorites. Great job!

This was a really indepth poem.. under the comparisons of childish games, was hurt and despair i felt. You really were creative with this poem and i really enjoyed reading it. The flow was good which added a great deal to the poem. I am really glad i read this.. it was a terrific piece. The ending was very good. Keep up the great work!

I can really relate to this a free verse is much more popular than rhyming poem
but you ust understand that many critics on this site are not the kind that buy bui the tinme is well spent because they are our costumers in thier own right

Absolutely the free flow and word choice is the kind of writing I would expect t read in something I bought please try to understand this is a highly competitive art that requires promotion which is very difficult and low votes is a product of ignorance yet the high vote should no be taken lightly
