Been Through

by Hollywood   Jan 14, 2009

I woke up today
To am empty house
What a mess was left
For me to clean up
Once again
It is I who has to clean it all

Everyday a new black eye
Everyday I have been disrespected
By everyone who walks by me
I am surrounded by people who
Don't care about me

I walk these empty streets
With my head held to the sky
I walk these streets with so much
Insecurities

I don't show I'm hurt
I don't show I care
All I show is I'm going to be out of there
One day when everyone is stuck here
In a trashy house

I have been to foster home
To foster home
With no one really caring about me
I wake up
Aching sides
Aching eyes
Blistering hands
From all the crap I have been through

I go to sleep with the same things
I woke up too
No one in the house
No one to care for me
People always stop and stare

Yes It's true I joined a gang
But it's because
They know exactly what I have
been through
