Watch Her Go

by InvisiblyHeartless   Jan 16, 2009

This ship, the vessel
My lively essence
Watch it going down
Look as the bow
It's slowly sinking,
Softly breaking,
Quietly dying, the
Very being in my life
My soul, watch it
It's going down
It's not like Titanic
More to be
Resembling the
Pearl Harbor attack
Quick death, short bombs
Sink quiet, sink quick
Take me on
Let me drown
Leave me on board,
My very life, heart and soul
They stick to this vessel
It carries memories
They can stay with me
In the Hell we've created
This pit I call
The Circle of Unending
Terrors, build me around
Living under the ground
I can breathe
Under fire, water puts me out
Kills me, This ocean
It's the hell, my vessel
It's finally gone down
Sinking into the sea
Invisible to those watchers
The curious can see
Me drown
In my own lake
My own ship
and
My own romance
