Comforting companion

by Krayz Lyfe   Jan 26, 2009

When crying myself to sleep
You constantly comfort
Your silent whispers reassure
When all the world does is bring hurt

When you are soaked through to the core
You never complain
You just wait patiently until the sobs cease
And my eyelids fall heavy and give way

My pillow
My comforting companion

You know my fears
You know the touch of my tears

You know my secrets
You know regrets

You are my constant friend
Comforting me until the end
